Richy D Alexander

Richy D Alexander, CEO and Founder of Davidson PR & Communications (DPC), a Kochi based PR agency, possesses a wealth of expertise in Public Relations, Public Affairs, Reputation Management and Crisis Communication. Driven by his company’s motto ‘Positively Possible’ he believes PR is an art of storytelling and every story conveyed should be worth listening to. He has managed to provide consistent and improved public relations and communication services to over 300 clients across national and multinational companies in a brief span of time.

Richy has over 15 years of experience in public relations and journalism. Since the inception of DPC in 2012 he has been illuminating varied brands with an emphasis on strong execution and the highest ethical standards. His holistic approach in all activities landed him as one of the most sought-after PR professionals in Kerala with clienteles from various verticals which include Automobile, Technology, Start-up, Hospitality, Healthcare, Education, Sports, FMCG, Luxury, Politics & Election campaigns.

As someone who regards social life, he enjoys networking and travelling. Being a health enthusiast, he is in to swimming, skipping and jogging and is drawn to the company of  good books.

He completed his bachelor’s degree in English Literature from Catholicate College, Pathanamthitta, Kerala and his post-graduation from Indian Institute of Journalism and New Media, Bangalore (IIJNM). Richy D Alexander worked in Bombay right afterwards, with CNN IBN Infomedia 18, a part of the Network 18 group. He topped off his journalism stint with The New Indian Express in Trivandrum, before turning into full time Public Relations consultant. His other work experiences include Head – PR and Brand Publicist, Salt Mango Tree Creative Marketing Communications, Kochi, Senior Executive, Thought Factory People Relations, Trivandrum and as a Reporter in Log.India Magazine, Mumbai.

Sonu Jayakumar

Sonu Jayakumar brings in her diversified experience in working with Educational, Advertising and PR Industry. She demonstrates proficiency in efficient client and media relations, corporate communication, research and content development. Sonu predominantly handles clients in hospitality, F&B, luxury and lifestyle verticals and has been responsible for national media pitching for the firm.

Sonu started her career as a Public Relations officer and prior to joining Davidson PR team in 2018, worked as an Account Manager with an Advertising firm in Gurgaon. She holds a Bachelor’s degree from Women’s Christian College, Chennai and Master’s degree from St. Teresas College, Ernakulam.

PR & Media Coordinator

Muhammed Aadil A

Aadil owns a distinctive flair for presenting novel ideas to DPC. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Tourism Studies from IGNOU and meanwhile also passed the certification course in Photojournalism from the School of Journalism and Visual Communication Press Club, Kottayam. After the completion of graduation, he improved his potential in Journalism through his career as a sub-editor in the well-known Malayalam daily Suprabhaatham. He continued working in Suprabhaatham for five years before moving to DPC. His experience there makes him efficient and competitive.

His calibre in writing can be seen in his work “Sea Wall”. His strong perseverance to apply the notions of journalism in PR allures him to become a member of Davidson PR & Communications. His fascinating writing skills and professionalism will be an asset to this company.

Apart from his interest in public relations, he also finds time to listen to music and travel to his dream destinations to explore new things.

Account Executive

Joshy K John

Joshy K John began his career in journalism in 2018 at Sports Malayalam Online portal, followed by a two-and-a-half years long period as a sub-editor at The Indian Express, Kochi. Subsequently, he joined OneIndia as sub-editor and worked there for six months. During these stints, Joshy perfected skills as a copy editor and reporter, leveraged social media accounts to expand audience base and was a critical man-friday during important events like Elections, ISL, I-League and the IPL. In 2021, he switched his career to PR and Communications by joining VPS Lakeshore Hospital as a Corporate Communications Executive. There, he managed bi-lingual content creation for branding, website and social media handles. He actively contributed in PR, digital marketing, and helped in implementing communications projects and strategies. He is interested in advancing political PR strategies in the industry.

Joshy holds a Bachelors degree in English literature, communication and journalism and a PG Diploma in journalism and communication.

Josh Varghese

Josh, a multitasker, of course! One who firmly believes when teamwork put together with individual character traits brings out beautiful narration of stories.

He completed his bachelor’s degree in English Literature from St Berchmans College, Changanacherry, Kerala, and post-graduation from Marian College Kuttikkanam Autonomous, Idukki. Prior to his first job, he had almost a year of internship experience in public relations, digital marketing, and multi-media, including a short period at DPC.

Gayathri Vinod

Just like my favorite saying, “Tho she be but little, she is fierce,” I like to embody that into the work I do. I started off my career as a Junior Copywriter with Passio Communications, Kochi. Although this is my first full-time job in PR, I have done an internship in PR with Nova IVF.

I have completed my Bachelors in BA English Literature and Communication from Bharata Mata College of Commerce and Arts. Aluva. After this, I did my Masters in Marketing and Management Communication from COMMITS, Bangalore.

Dhipy K Das

Dhipy is a multi talented individual, always keen to learn and achieve something different at all times. She holds a Masters Degree in Business Administration specialised in Human Resource Management from Annamalai University and Bachelors Degree in Information Technology from Siena College of Professional Studies, Edacochin.

She has an experience of over 10 years in IT, Education, Client Relation and Administration. Dhipy is also an online writer who has won several appreciations in state level as well as district level. ”Anamika” her first short story book showcases her determination towards the scenarios of life.

Abhidha Zen

Abhidha is an enthusiastic learner, with an undying zest to know more and do more. She puts her complete self into everything that she does. She truly believes in the power of creativity and communication and tries to bring that to every task she undertakes.She loves to read and write and possesses strong interpersonal skills, communication skills and creative skills.

Abhidha first joined the DPC family as an intern while pursuing her Bachelors in English Literature, Communications and Journalism from Rajagiri College of Management and Applied Sciences, Kakkanad. She is extremely passionate about the field of PR and hopes to be a competent professional one day.
